Objective: reorganisation and development of the sales network, both in Italy and in the main foreign markets.

Activities:

  • definition of a commercial strategy to build the brand and create a winning brand positioning;
  • reorganisation, coordination and support to domestic sales network;
  • consolidation and coordination in the main export markets of the existing commercial relationships and development of new markets;
  • development of commercial strategies for each market;
  • support to partners’ sales through regular market visits;
  • participation in the winery’s conversion to organic and biodynamic philosophy.
