My life in numbers: millions of km by car, thousands of flights taken, countless customers and friends in Italy and in the world.

To improve my course and my passion for wine, a degree in Business and Economics with a dissertation on viticulture, AIS Diploma followed by the MBA in Wine Business and a long professional experience in the commercial and general direction of prestigious wineries and wine startups.

To crown my dream, the decision to open AC Marketing and the desire, every day, to grow thanks to a team of professionals and solid relationships in the wine sector, built over the years.

Sara Roder

Someone says I have super powers, but I think it’s just passion for what I do.

I am Executive Assistant in Ac Marketing and I support Andrea Carpi, both at organizational and executive level, as well as the wineries in the development of projects and marketing in German-speaking markets, Canada and Russia.

Behind, constant in my life, the presence of wine thanks to the work in the vineyard of my grandfather and that of my dad in a company involved in the wine industry.

So, after a course of study in foreign languages, an experience in export sales department and the diploma of Sommelier I transformed a family tradition in my work.

Carlo Pagnin

The world has always been my second home.

My first important experience was in London, after graduating in Economics and Marketing in Bologna.

I’ve always travelled a lot from there.

Today, at AC Marketing, I take care of US, European and Asian export markets. I develop and share the best strategies with importers supporting them in all their needs.

I participate in portfolio tasting and I constantly make market visits organized in collaboration with partners.

I also work to establish long-term partnerships with new importers based on the need for positioning of each winery.

The Sommelier’s diploma completes my profile.

Paola Biscaro

Administrative employee, with a great passion for wine.

Working at AC Marketing, for me, was a dream come true.

I am a careful person, able to analyze with care the details, reliable and precise. I find working in team very stimulating and I want to give my contribution enabling the working space to be a pleasant place to live in.

In the company I manage the administration, I work on contracts and the organization of fairs. I also support my colleagues in sales and I take care of the Italian market.

Of course, the expectation is not to stop here, but to grow trying to do always my best.
